L’auteur explore la notion d’interprofessionnalité à l’échelle du projet et la coordination qu’elle nécessite, puis examine la question de l’avant-projet et de l’après-projet. Puis, elle dégage des axes de réflexion et iden­tifie certaines questions qu’il pourrait être intéressant de traiter dans le cas de l’ingénierie. This article first describes the important changes which occurred within design practices in various industrial sectors by the end of the 80s, including the implementation of transverse processes entailing a transformation of the functional organisation of the trades, and then the radicalisation of this tendency with the development of a continuous flow of innovative proposals resulting in a re-organisation of the pre-project and post-project phases. The author then reports studies on project practices and design processes in the buil­ding industry with a comparison of these practices with those of other sectors. She explores this notion of interprofessionality at the project scale and the co-ordination it requires, and then examines issues about the pre-project and the post-project.
